Cycling has been a long time passion for Bekah Rottenberg. Over the past four years she has emerged as one of the premier enduro mountain bike racers in the Pacific Northwest and currently races professionally for the elite pFriem MTN bike team. While cycling is Bekah's current passion, she is no stranger to the rigors of competitive sports and endurance athletics. In college she played Division I lacrosse at Brown University and she has competed in numerous marathons and ultra marathons often finishing in the top 10. For the past several years Bekah has experienced first hand the benefits of a solid training program that combines strength training in the weight room paired with targeted coaching on an indoor trainer and she is excited to share her expertise and enthusiasm with others. Bekah coaches mountain biking for Cooper Spur Alpine Team, leads women's mountain bike clinics, and coaches lacrosse for the Hood River Valley High School Girls Lacrosse Team. Bekah is a certified Professional Mountain Bike Instructor (PMBI).
