Classes

We offer classes for every level, and classes are capped at 8-15 people (varies by class) so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Reserve online and show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to schedule private training.

Looking to move better and bulletproof that bod a little more? Build strength, control and mobility by working on the pesky last bits (end range of motion). Healthier joints and less chance of injury makes this hour the brainiest no-brainer EVER. This is an active recovery, stability & mobility session that will surprise you in a great way!
