Classes

We offer classes for every level, and classes are capped at 8-15 people (varies by class) so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Reserve online and show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to schedule private training.

Booty Academy

CrossFit Hood River

Functional fitness that incorporates the use of strength, agility, balance, and endurance along with other fundamental exercise principals to create a routine that is fun and challenging. All fitness levels and backgrounds are welcome to drop in to try a class or two out with us! Your coach will let you know if we need to get you additional training outside of class.
