We offer classes for every level, and classes are capped at 8-15 people (varies by class) so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

 
 

PERFORMANCE ORIENTED CLASSES

CrossFit

Functional fitness that incorporates the use of strength, agility, balance, and endurance along with other fundamental exercise principals to create a routine that is fun and challenging.

Bike

performance/ENDURANCE class: cycling

Bike is designed for the athlete that wants to ride strong and long. we utilize Functional Threshold Power (FTP) tests and state of the art spin bikes. We establish a strong base then build intensity with interval training. prepare to hit the trail stronger than you’ve ever been!

Bike+Build

performance/FUSION class: cycling

Bike and build is designed for the person on the go that wants to to increase their endurance and cardiovascular engine while building strength and improving mobility. This class takes the best parts of Bike and the best parts of Build and merges them into one fun and challenging workout.

Build

performance/STRENGTH class: cycling

We build cycling specific strength through four basic movements: squat, hip hinge, push, and pull. We’ll also target stability, grip and rotational strength. leave this class feeling strong, confident, and agile.

Our Adult Gymnastics Classes take place at our Partner Gym - CHALK GYMNASTICS. This is a great class that is drop-in friendly and has a Coached Open Gym format. Come in with skills to work on!

HIIT/CORE class

They say abs are made in the kitchen, but we know the real deal. They are made on the floor of the gym, and revealed in the kitchen. You know what else they say? Summer bodies are built in the Winter. Winky wink.

B The Resistance

HIIT/STRENGTH class

A HIIT style class using three pieces of equipment only... bands, (kettle)bells, and (plyo) boxes for a burner of a session that'll have you wanting more. Can you RESIST?

Booty Academy

LOWER BODY HIIT class

Be a badass with a nice ass. Booty Academy is all lower body: build your legs, butt and core.

Flow Jams

YOGA

Loosen up that rock solid bod with some fresh beats and a heavy stretch sesh. leave feeling warm and stretched.

Game Day

HIIT this workout with a team or partner for this end of week team-style workout designed to prime you for the weekend and leave you pumped and stoked for the two days ahead!

STRENGTH/HIIT CLASS

A fast paced strength training class with a focus on movements and drills that will get you a bangin' body with a class style that will have you hooked.... (comes with great vibes and high fives!)

Higher Power

UPPER BODY HIIT CLASS

Because nothing says strong like shredded arms, chest, back and abs. Higher Power is all about building that upper body strength

Hustle

HIIT CONDITIONING CLASS

A circuit-style class with a focus on endurance and performance drills. Think field sports, that burn that had you counting the moments til the whistle blew: A-Team Style. All levels welcome.

Uppercut

A HIIT cardio-boxing & mma class focused on building strength, endurance, and confidence. Know how good it feels to throw a proper punch? Come find out.

Virtual Spin

DIY ENDURANCE / WINTER TRAINING

Meet your friends or come in solo for a good sweat in the Cycling Studio. Choose from prebuilt workouts withscenic rides, or do your own workout with scenic ride options from around the world! Netflix, Red Bull TV, Nat Geo and a variety of other media options available as well.
