The bike program supports athletes who are racing, riding recreationally, or simply like our training format! Anyone is fit enough to be a part of our program. As long as you can show up, work hard, and have fun, you can get great results with us. Training with us will pay off come race day and every day. Bike is designed for the athlete that wants to ride stronger and longer. The class utilizes Functional Threshold Power (FTP) tests and state of the art spin bikes. We will first establish a strong cardiovascular base then build intensity with interval training to prepare you for race season or outdoor riding. The class runs in 4 week sessions, each session building on the next. If you enroll in the full 6 month period prepare to hit the trail stronger than you’ve ever been!

The build class is designed for the cyclist or athlete looking to get strong during the winter months and is a perfect complement to the bike class. Build cycling specific strength through four basic movements: squat, hip hinge, push, and pull. We will also target stability, grip and rotational strength. Prepare to leave this class feeling strong, confident, and agile.

BIKE & BUILD
Bike and build is designed for the person on the go that wants to to increase their endurance and cardiovascular engine while building strength and improving mobility. This class takes the best parts of Bike and the best parts of Build and merges them into one fun and challenging workout.
