This class is designed to improve your ability to effectively control your joints full range of motion and increase your nervous systems ability to statically and dynamically transition in and out of end range positions. This can help aid in improving joint health and usable range of motion as well as reduce your risk for injury under highly intense and highly fatiguing situations often encountered during bouts of exercise. The class serves as both an active recovery session as well as a class that can be performed just prior to a CrossFit class.
