CROSSFIT HOOD RIVER
We are told time and time again what a welcoming nature our CrossFit program has. Come on your very first day to a class and join the ranks of others who also recently walked in as well as our “elders” who’ve been around the block for as long as nearly nine years now, which is how long ago we started with CrossFit Hood River. CrossFit boasts a wide range of training styles targeted to achieve peak functional fitness through weightlifting, gymnastic and bodyweight style training, as well as adding a large number of skills that can be grown for years to come. Bike season is coming, and we are here to prep you for it through intervals on the bike and time in the weight room. Go ALL-IN with the four days a week program of BIKE two days and BUILD two days, or merge into the condensed BIKE & BUILD class!
