Bootcamps Start this Week

We are pleased to share that “Sweat!”, our Bootcamp style class starts this Week! This class is one hour long, and the workout takes about 35-45 minutes of time to complete. This is a lighter weight, higher rep, steady burn of a class designed for shredding fat and toning muscle! It’s a fun class with high energy and good vibes! Come check it out.

As always, well behaved kids are welcome to hang out on the couch in the group training area or in the kids room while parents train!

Gymnastic Skills & Strength Class!

Looking to nail down some of your gymnastics skills? Then this class is for you! We will focus on learning correct body shaping through hollow holds, handstand progressions, and body weight strength and conditioning drills as you learn to master your handstand, handstand walking, press handstand work, and more!
